Booking information includes your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, travel dates, vehicle selection, pickup and return locations, selected extras and special requests. Accommodation and flight details are recorded when supplied for handover arrangements. The system also records booking numbers, payment amounts, statuses and transaction references.
Only include information needed for your rental. If identity or driving documents are required for handover or permit arrangements, ask the team how to provide them securely. Do not include passwords or full payment-card details in a special request, email or public review.
How booking information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, arrange vehicle availability and handover, process and verify payments, send booking and rental messages, maintain transaction records and resolve support requests. Site administration and security may also involve technical records such as IP addresses and browser information.
Payments and service providers
Online checkout uses Pesapal. Payment details entered on Pesapal’s payment page are handled by that provider under its own terms and privacy practices. Our booking records include the amounts, status and references needed to verify and reconcile the transaction.

External links and Google reviews
Google reviews, WhatsApp and Instagram links open separate services with their own privacy practices. Google reviews are public; please do not publish identity documents, private booking links or sensitive payment information. The review button links to our Google Business Profile; it does not submit a review on your behalf.
